OIMIO closes refinancing with Annexum

We are pleased to announce that we have closed a successful refinancing with Annexum for a hotel and office building, both located near the well-known exhibition and conference centre MECC Maastricht, Maastricht University and Maastricht University Hospital.
 
The high-quality hotel building (4 stars), fully renovated in 2018, is leased to NH Hotels and features 275 hotel rooms and 11 meeting rooms.
 
The modern office building, recently upgraded by renovating the main entrance, is located at the Gaetano Martinolaan, and is mainly leased to the Maastricht University Hospital.

Thanks to the good cooperation with Annexum and short lines of communication, we were able to bring this deal to a successful conclusion within a few weeks. Both properties are a very nice addition to the OIMIO portfolio.
