OIMIO realises investment financing for Hilton hotel Sittard

We are proud to announce that we have successfully arranged (long-term) investment financing for Mulleners Vastgoed B.V. for the luxury, newly completed Hilton hotel in Sittard.

The property, which is operated by Black Label Hotels, has a rich history. The former Episcopal College on Parklaan (built in 1908) has undergone a complete transformation over the past three years into a luxury hotel with 90 rooms.
