OIMIO closes investment financing deal with Bata Group

We are proud to announce that we recently closed a financing transaction with the Bata Group.
 
This transaction concerned an investment financing for a 23.827 sqm portfolio, consisting of 3 monumental office assets and 4 light-industrial assets, located on Europaplein 1, Best.

The location is better known as C'park Bata, a business park close to the city of Eindhoven, that provides office space, commercial space and workshop space for rent, to mid-sized companies.
The assets are modern and well-maintained and form an excellent addition to the OIMIO portfolio.
