OIMIO closes a financing deal with Saxum & Firmum Vastgoed
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully concluded a financing transaction with Saxum & Firmum Vastgoed. We have provided this facility for the construction of 30 modern flats in Hardenberg, on the site of the former hotel/restaurant De Bokkepruik. The building project will be carried out by Schutte Bouw & Ontwikkeling, part of Aan de Stegge Verenigde Bedrijven. The design has been provided in collaboration with Beltman Architects.
